Observed employee use same pair of gloves for multiple task. Person in charge instructed employee to change gloves and wash hands at time of inspection. Employee complied.

Cold Holding - Time/temperature control for safety cold food was not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed cut onions inside left ice bath with a temp above 41 degrees (see temp log). Person in charge placed onions into a shallow container at time of inspection.

Designated dressing rooms/lockers not used by employees

Observed employees phones, drinks, and clothes on prep shelves and equipment throughout the kitchen.

Observed coffee station true cooler with an ambient temperature above 41 degrees (see temp log). *** Establishment may not use unit until it is replaced or repaired. ***

Package Integrity - Food packages were not in good condition and did not appear to protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants.

Observed pipe inside coffee Ture cooler leaking onto establishments premade teas. Person in charge discarded teas at time of inspection.

Observed single-service box stored on the floor near bakery table.

Equipment & Food-Contact Cleaning Frequency - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned according to the Food Code.

Observed build up inside ice machine next to stairs.

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed back up inside left basin for the 3 compartment sink. Person in charge fixed back up at time of inspection.
