  Observed the following containers without lids in the walk in cooler: one container of pepper relish, one container of black refried beans, four containers of various salsas. Person in charge covered with plastic wrap at time of inspection.

  Observed grate missing from hood vent above grill in main kitchen cook line. Observed both make tables in the main kitchen cook line to not properly hinge open without assistance.

  Observed a wiping cloth stored on the bottom rack of a small table next the fryers in the main kitchen cook line under a taco fry basket.

  Observed dust build up on ceiling vent in rear mop sink room. Observed dust build up on ceiling vent above water heater next to three compartment sink. Observed dust build up on appliance above drip coffee machine prep table next to soda bibs.
