  Observed 2 containers of potatoes and greens without a date mark label in the walk in cooler. Person in charge provided label at time of inspection. Observed salmon, tomatoes, chicken, meatloaf,oatmeal, coleslaw, mushrooms, and beef without a date mark label in the reach in cooler next to the grills. Person in charge provided labels at time of inspection.

  Cooking & Baking Equipment - The food-contact surfaces of cooking and baking equipment are not cleaned at least every 24 hours and/or the cavities and door seals of microwave ovens are not cleaned at least every 24 hours by using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure.

  Observed build up in the microwave above the steam table in the grill area. Person in charge cleaned microwave at time of inspection.
