  Observed build-up inside the left soda gun nozzle at the bar. Person in charge cleaned the nozzle.

  Observed multiple spatulas with melted handles and a fryer basket in disrepair in the back prep area. Person in charge discarded the utensils. Observed pizza dough stored inside trash style bags inside the make table low boy across from the pizza oven. Person in charge placed the pizza dough on pizza pans.

  Observed two containers of burn gel and a container of hydrogen peroxide stored on a shelf with food near the walk-in freezer. Person in charge removed the mentioned items.

  When to Wash - Food Employees did not clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms according to Food Code guidelines.

  Observed multiple employees wipe their noses on their wrists and continue to work without washing their hands or exposed portions of their arms. Inspector educated the person in charge after touching their faces or in between tasks to wash their hands before returning to work.

  Observed raw fish, pork and fajita buffalo sauce thawing in the back prep sink at room temperature without running water. Person in charge ran running water over all mentioned items to properly thaw.

  Observed the kitchen to not be using their quat test strips to measure concentration of sanitizer. Inspector educated the person in charge on how to properly use test strips.
