Products in the reach-in cooler had internal temperatures of 46-73*F (Raw chicken, sliced veggies, etc). Ambient temperature was at 60-73*F. Mobile unit was having generator issues during routine inspection, causing the unit to be unable to maintain temps. After generator stayed on, unit was still not maintaining proper temperatures. Reach-in cooler may require maintenance. All products out of temperature were denatured. All product shall be discarded at the commissary due to no waste receptacles nearby. RE-INSPECTION REQUIRED. Note - Mobile unit discontinued sales for remainder of the event.
