Handwashing Cleanser, Availability - Each handwashing sink or group of 2 adjacent sinks is not provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Observed no hand soap at the hand sink in the kitchen. Person in charge provided hand soap at time of inspection.

Hand Drying Provision - Each handwashing sink, or group of adjacent sinks, is not provided with Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

Observed no paper towel at the hand sink in the kitchen. Person in charge provided paper towel a time of inspection.

Before Use After Cleaning - Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment are not sanitized before use after cleaning.

Observed no sanitizer available for use. Person in charge made quat sanitizer at time of inspection.

Hot Water and Chemical - After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are not sanitized in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed the chlorine dish machine below 50ppm. Person in charge fixed the dish machine to be between 50-100ppm at time of inspection.

Receptacle in women's toilet room not covered

Observed no waist receptacle/ covered receptacle in the employee restroom.

Toilet tissue not supplied at each toilet

Observed no toilet paper in the employee restroom. Person in charge provided toilet paper at time of inspection.

Equipment/utensils not air dried after washing, rinsing & sanitizing

Observed trays stacked wet on the dish rack.

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed a drip leak under the 3 compartment sink middle basin.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed broken floor tiles throughout the kitchen. Observed build on all 4 walls in the employee restroom. Observed the floor in the employee restroom in disrepair.

Maintaining & Using Handwashing Sinks - Handwashing sinks are not kept clean, maintained and/or used as specified in the Food Code.

Observed buildup in the employee restroom hand sink.

RTE TCS, Date Marking - Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours was not clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed chicken noodle soup, sweet potatoes, peaches, gravy, scrambled eggs, PB & J sandwiches, mac & cheese, green beans, potato salad not marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed, sold or discarded. Person in charge discarded/marked food at time of inspection. (REPEAT VIOLATION WILL ASSESS IN 3-10 DAYS)
