  Observed raw chicken to cold hold above 41 degrees located in walk-in cooler. Person in charge placed chicken in freezer at time of inspection.

  Observed the following items to not have a date marking located in walk-in cooler: 1 pan cheese sauce, 1 container of cheese slices, 3 containers of individual salsas. Person in charge had all items dated at time of inspection.
