  Sanitizers, Criteria - Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces did not meet the requirements of the Food Code.

  Observed quat sanitizer spray bottle with concentration greater than 400 ppm. Person in charge diluted bottle to a concentration between 200-400 ppm at time of inspection.

  RTE TCS, Date Marking - Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours was not clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, in accordance with the Food Code.

  Observed container of protein balls in three door low boy behind service counter to not be date marked. Person in charge labeled food with a valid date at time of inspection.

  Observed several bottles of syrup stored under the sink behind the service counter next to first aid and cleaning supplies. Person in charge removed the bottles at time of inspection.
