  Observed steel wool stored inside the basin of the hand sink at the ware washing area. Person in charge removed the wool.

  Observed an employee phone stored on the prep table across from the deep fryers. Person in charge removed the phone.

  Observed build-up on the shelving through out the establishment.

  Equipment & Food-Contact Cleaning Frequency - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned according to the Food Code.

  Observed build-up on the can opener blade at the prep table by the main prep line. Person in charge had the blade washed, rinsed and sanitized. Observed build-up on the tea diffuser in between the Pepsi soda machines. Person in charge had an employee clean the diffuser.

  Observed grease build-up on the hood vents above the pizza ovens and deep fryers. Observed grease build-up on the sides of the deep fryers.

  Observed grease build-up on the floor and wall behind the deep fryers. Observed build-up on the floor in the back storage area near the back exit door. Observed dust build-up on the ceiling vents above the pizza buffet table and above walk-in cooler.

  Observed a light gap at the bottom of the back exit door of the establishment.

  Upon acceptance of the permit issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall: Post the permit in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to Consumers; Mount permanent business name to the outside of the establishment in a conspicuous location

  Observed there to be no 2026 Food Establishment Permit posted. Person in charge hanged up the permit at the front counter.
