RTE TCS, Date Marking - Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours was not clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed 1 container of sliced tomatoes, and lettuce in the reach in cooler without a date.Person in charge placed a date on the containers at the time of inspection.

Floors/walls/ceilings not smooth & easily cleanable; and/or Utility lines unnecessarily exposed

Observed absorbent ceiling tiles in the back storage room. Once ceiling tiles becomes stained replace with smooth, durable, and easily cleanable material.

Receptacle in women's toilet room not covered

Observed no covered trash can in the unisex restroom.

Equipment not maintained free of encrusted grease/soil deposits

Observed grease build up on the vent hoods on the grill at the front counter.

Hand Drying Provision - Each handwashing sink, or group of adjacent sinks, is not provided with Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

Observed no paper towels in the unisex restroom. Person in charge refilled paper towels at the time of inspection.

Food-contact surfaces not smooth & easily accessible for cleaning

Observed 2 wooden prep tables in the kitchen. Once wood becomes stained replace with smooth, durable, easily cleanable material.

Equipment not in good repair & adjusted per manufacturer's specs

Observed the walk in freezer door to not close and latch. (*REPEAT VIOALTION WILL BE ASSESSED IN 3-10DAYS*).

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed a drip leak at the of faucet of the 3 compartment sink. ( Non -Critical). ( * REPEAT VIOLATION WILL BE ASSESSED IN 3-10 DAYS*)
