  Observed build up on right soda nozzle behind bar. Person in charge cleaned at time of inspection.

  Observed build up on the floor at the left and right sides of main cooking line. Observed build up on backsplash of soda machine.

  Observed stained tiles on ceiling through main kitchen area. As tiles becomes damaged they must be replaced with tiles that are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, non-absorbent and light in color.
