  Observed two food employees preparing food while wearing watches. Employees removed watches during inspection.

  Observed bar dish machine to have a concentration of chlorine sanitizer below 50ppm. Machine was primed and reached a chlorine sanitizer concentration of 100ppm after priming.

  Observed food employee to remove watch, wash hands, and proceed to touch hair and hat after handwashing then attempt to don gloves. Employee was instructed to wash hands again; employee complied.
