Cleaning Procedure - Food employees did not use the proper cleaning procedure to clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms.

Observed employee washing hands with gloves on and same employee not drying hands after being instructed to properly wash with gloves off.

Equipment & Food-Contact Cleaning Frequency - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned according to the Food Code.

Observed build up on ceiling inside ice machine. cos

Reheating for Hot Holding - Time/temperature control for safety food or Ready-to-eat food was not reheated for hot holding in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed shredded chicken reheating in steam well. cos

Hot Holding - Time/temperature control for safety hot food was not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed sausage links to be below 135 degrees in back area hot box. cos

Insect control devices do not retain insect within device and/or are not properly installed

Observed two open face sticky traps hanging from ceiling in ware wash area. cos

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed leak from pipe under left basin of 3 compartment sink.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed build up on vent covers in ware wash area.
