  Observed there to be no 2206 Food Establishment Permit posted. Person in charge hanged up their permit to be conspicuous to consumers.

  Observed an employee purse stored next to dry food storage below the prep table and an employee phone stored next to clean dishes on the clean dish rack. Person in charge removed both items.
