  Observed dish machine unable to sanitize with chlorine. Dish machine maintenance arrived on-site, changed the tube, and concentration reached 50-100ppm for chlorine. Any dishes washed through dish machine last night into today must be re-washed.

Observed white buildup on the green shelving in the food walk-in cooler. Observed ice buildup on the condenser and walls of the walk-in freezer.
