Before Use After Cleaning - Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment are not sanitized before use after cleaning.

Observed quat sanitizer buckets on kitchen line to be below 200-400ppm. Person in charge made a batch of quat sanitizer that tested between 200-400ppm at time of inspection.

Upon acceptance of the permit issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall: Post the permit in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to Consumers; Mount permanent business name to the outside of the establishment in a conspicuous location

Observed establishment permit to be posted in office not accessible to consumers. Person in charge moved permit to front service counter in a location conspicuous to consumers.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed grease and food debris under fry station.
