  Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket to be above 100 ppm. Person in charge made a new bucket of sanitizer between 50-100 ppm at time of inspection.

  Observed scoop handle touching flour in flour container under counter. Person in charge removed scoop at time of inspection.

  Observed ice build up in all 3 white freezer bunkers. Observed grease build up on hood vents above fry station.

  Observed bone in wings in steam well to be under 135 degrees (see temp log). Person in charge discarded wings at time of inspection.
