  Observed spray bottle with yellow liquid on main grill line to not have common name of food label. Person in charge provided label at time of inspection.

  Observed outside thermometer on pantry 2 low boy and right end cook line low boy to be in disrepair. Person in charge stated equipment had been worked on this week, and added internal, removeable thermometers at time of inspection.

  Observed stained ceiling tiles across front of cook line hood vent and over pantry side of hood vent. As tiles become damaged they must be replaced with ceiling tiles that are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, non-absorbent and light in color. Observed build up at base of hood vent shafts over ware wash machine. Observed build up on ceiling vent in employee bathroom.
