1. There was a metal container on the rack with clean dishes in the ware washing area that had accumulated debris. CORRECTED. The container was cleaned and sanitized. 2. The gaskets on the juice dispenser had a buildup of food residue. 3. The gaskets on the ice machine in the memory care kitchen had soil accumulation.
