1. The floor beneath the racks in the walk-in cooler had accumulated food spillage and debris. REPEAT. 2. The beverage cooler adjacent to the ice machine had what appeared to be mold growth on the exterior and gaskets. The bottom had liquid spillage. 3. The bottom of the chest coolers had accumulated debris.
