Hamburger patties in hot holding unit had internal temperatures of 118-137*F. CORRECTED. (Hamburger patties had just been cooked within the previous 15 minutes. Cook was unsure of final cooking temperature but had just added cold ingredients into the pans of hamburger patties. Hamburger was reheated to 165*F before being placed back into unit. Note - Hot holding unit was in working order - ambient at 148-153*F and oatmeal was observed at 149*F).
