It was placed in the walk-in cooler, and new food was pulled from the walk-in cooler. 2. Diced tomatoes at the sandwich make table had in internal temperature of 45°F. CORRECTED. The thermostat for the cooler had been set to the warmest temperature and was adjusted. The affected food was discarded and new stock pulled from the walk-in cooler. REPEAT.
