1.) Some cheeses in the deli cooler ranged from 45-54*F, all cheeses out of temperature have been discarded. The cheeses were overstacked significantly past the unit's cold-air fill line, preventing proper chilling. 2.) The meats on the bottom three shelves of the meat cooler ranged from 45-52*F, all foods out of temperature have been discarded. The shelving was blocking the airflow; new small shelves have been placed in the cooler now the air is properly flowing.
