The black tall freezer had an ambient temperature of 38-50*F. Product was beginning to show signs of defrost but was still in a frozen state. Product was moved to a different freezer. Person-in-charge placed a "Do not use" sign on the tall freezer.

A working thermometer was not available in the small 3D Energy Felt Cooler. Thermometer stated 63*F but inspector observed an ambient temperature of 39-41*F.
