The reach-in cooler was holding precooked hamburger patties at 45 degrees, hot dogs at 44 degrees, and Pizza at 46 degrees. Ambient temperature was observed at 54 degrees. RE-INSPECTION REQUIRED. Person in charge stated that the food had not been in the unit out of the temperature for more than 2 hours. Food was placed in the beverage cooler.
