Education was provided on cold holding requirements. CORRECTED. The inspector suggested using an ice bath for juice and cut fruit at the bar. The employees at the bar did place the juice and sliced fruit in ice baths.

The establishment was advised to apply quaternary ammonium compound solution (Steramine tablets) for sanitizing countertops and other food contact surfaces.
