There was a utensil with food debris in a drawer with clean utensils. CORRECTED. The utensil was moved to be cleaned and sanitized.

MFC 3-501.18

1. Hard-boiled eggs were held past the indicated discard date. CORRECTED. The eggs were discarded. 2. Juice had been left at room temperature in the auxiliary kitchen. CORRECTED. The juice was discarded.

MFC 4-903.11

(A-B), (D) Clean utensils were held next to the hand-washing sink and below the towel dispenser in the auxiliary kitchen. CORRECTED. The utensil bin was moved to a location where they are not exposed to splash.

1. There was residue in the ice machine drain tray. 2nd REPEAT. 2. The juice dispenser had a build-up of food debris behind the nozzles. 2nd REPEAT. 3. The gaskets on the reach in cooler and freezer in the auxiliary kitchen had what appeared to be mold. 4. Sticker labels were affixed to food containers on the rack with clean dishes in the ware washing area. 2nd REPEAT.
