Walk in cooler was not maintaining proper cold holding temperature of 41*F or below. RE-INSPECTION REQURIED. Scheduled 7/13/26. Ambient temperature- 48*F-52*F Milk- 52*F Yogurt- 49*F Chicken Salad- 51*F Note- Employee stated to inspector, the ambient temperature on temperature device read 48*F at 530am. Prior to the inspection the walk in cooler was observed not to be functioning, time is unknown when the unit stopped working. Potentially hazardous foods were discarded and denatured. (milk, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and, other ready-to-eat foods)
