Corrective Actions: Ensure to wash rinse and sanitize the ice scoop And ice scoop holder before using. person in charge had washed and sanitize the soda nozzle. Ensure to increase the cleaning frequency of the upper interior wall of the ice machine to maintain a clean surface to sight and touch.
