Observed sauces in the reach in cooler lacking required date label with prep and discard dates.Corrective Actions: Ensure to label all prepped food items and items that have been removed from the original packaging.

Food properly labeled; original container

Observed bulk bin of sugar lacking label, and other unknown bulk bin unlabeled stored under the food prep table.Corrective Actions: Ensure to label all bulk food items with the proper label for easy identification.

Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage and display

Observed lettuce and cucumbers stored directly on the floor just outside the main entrance of the kitchen.Corrective Actions: Person in charge removed food items from the floor to be washed, put up and stored at least 6" off the floor.
