Observed no paper towels at the hand sink near the three compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Ensure to store towels at the back hand sink for proper hand washing and drying procedures.

Observed sanitizer in the sanitizer buckets and the three compartment below 100 PPM Corrective Actions: Ensure sanitizer concentration is at 150-400ppm to probably disinfect food contact surfaces.

Observed deli meat in the walk in cooler lacking proper date label after removing from the orginal box.Corrective Actions: Ensure to label all meats that are taken out of the orginal package.

Observed no pest control logs at the time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Emsure to keep pest control logs on site at the time of inspection.

Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage and display

Observed a bin of sugar stored directly on the floor with the lid open.Corrective Actions: Ensure store sugar off the floor at least 6" or higher.

Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned

Observed no signage on employees must wash hands before returning to work. * Observred no covered trash can in the restrooms.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have signage on employee hand washing and a covered trash can in the restroom.
