A temporary drain pipe has been Installed from the dish machine across the floor, discharging into the hand sink floor drain.Corrective Actions: Ensure to maintain proper drainage of all floor, drain drains. Remove any temporary piping, routed across the floor as it may create a contamination risk and is not approved method of wastewater disposal.
