  Observed middle reach in/toppings cooler on cook line was holding between 60-63F. Raw steak, shrimp, sliced cheese, hamburger meat, diced vegetables, and jalapeño poppers were holding between 59-63F. Middle door was not fully closing.Corrective Actions: Ensure cooler is able to maintain a temperature of 41F or less. Must discard all TCS food items in cooler. Owner discarded food and will use different cooler until corrected.
