Observed ice baths set up for burger toppings (sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato) and butter/salsa were inadequately set up to maintain proper cold hold temperature.Corrective Actions: Ensure ice in ice baths are sufficiently filled up and cover all sides of food containers in order to maintain a temperature of 41F or less. Ice baths are only out for 2 hours, so food was able to be stored in cooler within safe time limit.

Observed missing test strips for sink and surface sanitizer.Corrective Actions: Ensure to obtain test strips for sanitizer.

Observed black mold-like growth on coving tiles and seals underneath dishwasher.Corrective Actions: Ensure to maintain coving tiles and area underneath dishwasher clean and free of build up.
