  Observed mini donuts stored on a tray on a counter next to a self serve area without a barrier/splash guard to prevent possible sources of contamination.Corrective Actions: Person in charge immediately transferred the exposed mini donuts to a designated area away from direct and indirect sources of contamination. Ensure food items are not exposed to any sources of contamination.
