  Observed 8 expired cans of beans, meats, sauerkraut on shelf for sale.Corrective Actions: Ensure to discard food according to expiration date. Employee removed cans from shelf.

  Observed cooling units in walk in cooler were not working. Cooler was at room temperature but had no TCS foods stored inside, only bottled drinks.Corrective Actions: Ensure cooler is repaired and is able to maintain a temperature of 41F or less. Do not store any TCS foods such as milk, dairy, meat etc.

  Observed drink shelves and floor in walk in cooler were dirty. Corrective Actions: Ensure to maintain shelves and floor clean in walk in cooler.

  Observed a few sections of damaged on some ceiling tiles in back room. Observed absorbent ceiling tiles in restroom and dish washing area.Corrective Actions: Ensure to repair/replace ceiling tiles. Ensure to install non-absorbent ceiling tiles in restroom and dishwashing room.
