  Observed no paper towels at hand sink by entrance to warewashing room.Corrective Actions: Ensure hand sinks are always supplied with paper towels.

  Observed toppings cooler by door to walk in cooler was holding cheese, sausage, pepperoni, chopped veggies between 58F-62F. Cooler was not functioning properly.Corrective Actions: Ensure to discard all foods stored inside toppings cooler. Ensure cooler is able to maintain food temperatures at 41F or less. Manager discarded foods and has put a work order in.
