  Observed utensils stored in hand sinks behind front counter and by back door.Corrective Actions: Ensure nothing is stored in hand sinks.

  Observed diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce at self serve station in lobby were held at 50-52F. Manager states they are changed out every 4 hours but unable to provide recorded times.Corrective Actions: Ensure cold hold food items are held at 41F or less. If using time as a control, must have written records and procedures in place.
