  Observed no bodily fluid clean up kit on site.Corrective Actions: Ensure to provide a bodily fluid clean up kit in case of vomit or diarrhea.

  Observed hand sink by front counter was turned off at beginning of inspection. Sink has a work order in to fix malfunction.Corrective Actions: Ensure hand sinks have hot water available at all times.

  Observed raw hamburger meat, shredded cheese, onion, sliced jalapeños at toppings cooler were at 64-67F. Owner states foods use time as a control, but no written procedure or time tracking were available.Corrective Actions: Ensure to provide written procedure for your Time as a Public Health Control for foods held above 41F. This includes the step by step process for how you plan to track initial times and temperatures, the length of which foods are kept out, and the discard times. Foods must be served or discarded within 4 hours, they can not be cooled down and reused. Must be able to provide recorded times for when food was initially set out and planned discard time. Failure to provide this upon request will result in foods needing to be discarded.
