Observed no thermometer or thermal test strips for high-temp dish machine.Corrective Actions: Ensure to provide back up thermometer or thermal test strips to be able to test highest temperature for dish machine.

Observed black residue in back of ice storage bin by drink machine. Observed build up of residue around soda nozzles at drink machine.Corrective Actions: Ensure to maintain ice bin and drink machine clean and free of build up.
