Food product include: various raw frozen fish and cow skin, palm oils, dried prepackaged fish and various prepackaged spices in the isles.Corrective Actions: Must retain, on-site, proof, either by receipt, in oice or letter, showing origin of food from an approved source, and also providing labeling to packed goods at retail food establishment with business name, address and phone number, with a simple list of ingredients and common name of food product.
