Observed personal drinks stored in lowboy drawers next to prepped food items. Observed backpack hanging on storage rack near dry storage area.Corrective Actions: Ensure all personal items are stored in the area that is designated for employee belongings.

Observed utensils stored in standing water on shelf near back door. Observed shaker tin stored on top of ice in bar area.Corrective Actions: Ensure to properly store in-use utensils.

Observed door on ice machine is damaged and held together with tape.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have door to ice machine repaired.

Observed dust accumulation on vents and equipment piping behind the cook line. Observed dust accumulation on fan stored on floor facing 3-compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Ensure to clean areas to remove accumulated dust.

Observed no water available at hand sink located near back door across from walk-in cooler.Corrective Actions: Ensure both hot and cold water are restored at hand sink.
