  Observed employee washing dishes in the dish machine that is not sanitizing properly.Corrective Actions: Ensure dishes are properly sanitized with 50-100ppm sanitizer in the dish machine. Ensure dishes are washed using the 3 compartment sink until the dish machine is repaired.

  Observed the prepped juices in the upper display cooler had an internal temperature of 51*F.Corrective Actions: Ensure all temperature as a control for saftey foods are kept at 41*F or lower at all times. Ensure the juice is discarded immediately.

  Observed no sanitizer test strips for 3 compartment sink quaternary ammonia sanitizer solution dispenser.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have quaternary ammonia sanitizer solution test strips on site to ensure levels are between 200-400ppm at all times.
