Observed unclean cappachino powder dispensers. Observed employee wash dispensers with water and then put back on the machine.Corrective Actions: Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed with soap and 110*F water, rinsed, sanitized with sanitizer solution, and air dried fully before being reinstalled.

Observed styrofoam cups in the chest freezer by the front door with no labeling.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have proper manufacture licensing and proper labeling as required by manufacturing when offering grab and go ice or other food products.

Observed the fans were dusty in the walk in.Corrective Actions: Ensure the walk in fans are dusted regularly.
