  Observed the paper towel dispenser at the hand sink in the kitchen was blocked by a shelf and boxes. Observed both paper towel dispensers at both sinks were empty.Corrective Actions: Ensure the hand sinks are fully stocked at all times and supplies are accessible.

  Observed several chemical spray bottles with no chemical name on them.Corrective Actions: Ensure all chemical spray bottles are labeled with the chemical name.

  Observed the sanitizer compartment of the 3 compartment sink was leaking from the basin at the wastewater pipe.Corrective Actions: Ensure the 3 compartment sink wastewater piping is repaired and the basin is able to hold water.
