  Observed employees put on gloves without washing hands several times.Corrective Actions: Ensure employees wash hands before putting on gloves at all times.

  Observed unshelled eggs in a container on ice with an internal temperature of 53*F on the top. Observed butter and salsa in individual containers on ice with an internal temperature of 71*F.Corrective Actions: Ensure all temperature as a control for safety food items are kept at 41*F or lower at all times. Ensure items on ice are fully submerged in ice to ensure an even temperature throughout.

  Observed prepped items throughout the facility in prep containers and storage containers with no date label.Corrective Actions: Ensure all foods are date labeled to ensure first in first out.
