Obseved a container of marinara sauce in the middle reach in cooler closest to the cash register without a date of expiration.Corrective Actions: All TCS foods must be date marked with a date of expiration(7 days after opening).The initial day of preparation or the first day the prepackaged food is opened marks day one and not to exceed seven days.
