Observed 27 grab and go turkey sandwiches and chicken wraps were being held in cooler between 49F-60F. Internal temperature of tested turkey sandwich was 49F. Thermometer inside cooler was reading 61F. Manager states food was stocked around 5am this morning.Corrective Actions: Ensure cold hold TCS food items are held at 41F or less. Must discard the 27 sandwiches/wraps. Do not stock more TCS food items until cooler is serviced and able to hold proper temperature.
