Observed no hand washing sign posted at either hand sink and establishment does not have a hand washing procedure.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have soap and paper towels at each hand sink. Ensure to have a hand washing procedure and a hand washing sign posted at the hand sink.

Observed particle growth in the ice machine. Corrective Actions: Ensure the ice machine is drained, washed with soap and 110*F water, rinsed, sanitized with 50-100ppm bleach sanitizer solution, and air dried fully before being refilled.

Observed both walk in freezers had dust accumulation on the fans, walls, floors, and shelves.Corrective Actions: Ensure both walk in coolers are dusted regularly.
