Ensure the ice machine is drained, washed with soap and water at 110*F, rinsed, Sanitized with sanitizer solution (bleach water at 50-100ppm, verify using sanitizer test strips), air dried fully, and then refilled.

Corrective Actions: Ensure all vents are cleaned regularly. Ensure the walk-in fans are cleaned regularly.Ensure the cabinet under the soda fountain is cleaned. Ensure the ceiling tiles are repaired/replaced and are in place at all times.
